At the moment, UK GDPR requires certain organisations to have a Data Protection Officer (DPO) by law.
The role requires knowledge and expertise of data protection law and they must be free from any conflict of interests so they can’t hold a role where they make operational decisions within the organisation.
We provide outsourced Data Protection Officer services for over 220 customers.
